1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, size, or design due to a fulfillment error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and sent to production.
- If an order has not yet entered production, we may accommodate modifications upon request. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
MOD Fan Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier service or neighbors. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping option at checkout for added security.
